Si la demande est jug\u00e9e valide par le principal prestataire de portage, CRDC, la demande MNP peut ensuite \u00eatre valid\u00e9 par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur desservant le num\u00e9ro pour que la portabilit\u00e9 soit accomplie.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1657634621066\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><br\/>Qu\u2019est-ce que je dois faire en tant que MVNO\u00a0?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\"><br\/>Lorsqu\u2019un nouvel abonn\u00e9 veut migrer vers vos services, vous devez faire une demande de portabilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de Transatel. L\u2019information requise pour la portabilit\u00e9 est le Sim Serial ou le Customer Account.<br\/><br\/>La portabilit\u00e9 sera \u00e9ligible si\u00a0:<br\/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L&rsquo;abonn\u00e9 est actif lorsque la portabilit\u00e9 est faite<br\/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Il n\u2019y a aucune autre portabilit\u00e9 sur la ligne Transatel et sur le num\u00e9ro.<br\/>Une fois l&rsquo;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 valid\u00e9, la portabilit\u00e9 sera ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e. Le MSISDN de portabilit\u00e9 est termin\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du donneur et est maintenant utilis\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1661416217507\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Comment annuler une demande de portabilit\u00e9 ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\"><br\/>Si l\u2019abonn\u00e9 veut annuler sa requ\u00eate de portabilit\u00e9, vous pouvez faire la demande directement aupr\u00e8s de Transatel.<br\/>L\u2019annulation peut se faire seulement durant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9. Le MVNO sera alors notifi\u00e9 par Transatel lorsque l\u2019annulation de la portabilit\u00e9 est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\"
