Le syst\u00e8me surveille la consommation data de l\u2019abonn\u00e9 et applique des alertes puis un blocage lorsque les seuils pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis sont atteints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi l\u2019Alerting Cutoff existe-t-il ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne impose aux op\u00e9rateurs de prot\u00e9ger les abonn\u00e9s contre les risques de surfacturation li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de la data en itin\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La limite r\u00e9glementaire est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>50 \u20ac HT<\/strong>. Lorsque cette limite est atteinte, l\u2019abonn\u00e9 doit donner son consentement explicite pour continuer \u00e0 utiliser les services data en roaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans consentement, l\u2019utilisation de la data est suspendue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionne l\u2019Alerting Cutoff ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme fonctionne en deux \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 1 : Alerte \u00e0 80 %<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019abonn\u00e9 atteint <strong>80 % du seuil applicable \u00e0 sa zone de roaming<\/strong>, un SMS d\u2019avertissement lui est envoy\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMS envoy\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Vos consommations Data \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger sont factur\u00e9es hors forfait. Par mesure de pr\u00e9vention, votre session pourra \u00eatre interrompue.<\/code><\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 2 : Blocage \u00e0 100 %<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019abonn\u00e9 atteint <strong>100 % du seuil applicable<\/strong>, Orange :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Envoie un second SMS ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services data en roaming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMS envoy\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9connect\u00e9 afin de pr\u00e9venir tout risque de facturation excessive. Vous pouvez vous reconnecter en d\u00e9bloquant votre ligne sur la page de redirection \u00e0 partir de votre navigateur.<\/code><\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les seuils de l\u2019Alerting Cutoff ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les seuils varient selon la zone de roaming concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table sont-ils diff\u00e9rents selon les zones ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le co\u00fbt de la data en roaming varie fortement selon le pays ou le r\u00e9seau utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les usages en Europe b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de tarifs plus avantageux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les r\u00e9seaux satellitaires et maritimes sont beaucoup plus co\u00fbteux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les seuils sont donc adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque zone afin de respecter la limite r\u00e9glementaire de 50 \u20ac HT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que se passe-t-il lorsqu\u2019un abonn\u00e9 atteint le seuil de 100 % ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le seuil de blocage est atteint :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019abonn\u00e9 re\u00e7oit un SMS de notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la data en roaming est suspendu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019abonn\u00e9 ne peut plus utiliser les services data tant que le blocage n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les services voix et SMS ne sont pas concern\u00e9s par le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019Alerting Cutoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionnait l\u2019Alerting Cutoff auparavant ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Historiquement, lorsqu\u2019un abonn\u00e9 atteignait le seuil de blocage :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il recevait un SMS l\u2019informant de la suspension du service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il pouvait r\u00e9activer lui-m\u00eame la data en ouvrant une session Internet depuis son navigateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il \u00e9tait alors redirig\u00e9 vers un portail lui permettant de relancer les usages data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette solution pr\u00e9sentait n\u00e9anmoins certaines limites :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les seuils n\u2019\u00e9taient pas adapt\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rentes zones tarifaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La r\u00e9activation ne n\u00e9cessitait pas de consentement explicite de l\u2019abonn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi l\u2019abonn\u00e9 ne peut-il plus se d\u00e9bloquer lui-m\u00eame ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 une \u00e9volution des syst\u00e8mes Orange, le portail de d\u00e9blocage historiquement utilis\u00e9 par les abonn\u00e9s n\u2019est plus disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les abonn\u00e9s ne peuvent donc plus lever eux-m\u00eames le blocage de leur ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment d\u00e9bloquer une ligne ayant atteint un seuil d\u2019Alerting Cutoff ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une int\u00e9gration avec l\u2019API Orange permet d\u00e9sormais aux MVNO de r\u00e9aliser cette op\u00e9ration directement depuis Auriga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proc\u00e9dure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ouvrir la fiche de l\u2019abonn\u00e9 dans Auriga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cliquer sur <strong>Other Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionner <strong>D\u00e9bloquer l&rsquo;utilisation des donn\u00e9es en itin\u00e9rance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmer l\u2019action.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"182\" ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seuls les utilisateurs disposant du r\u00f4le <strong>Gestionnaire de flotte (Fleet Manager)<\/strong> peuvent ex\u00e9cuter l\u2019action <strong>D\u00e9bloquer l&rsquo;utilisation des donn\u00e9es en itin\u00e9rance<\/strong> dans Auriga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019option n\u2019est pas visible, veuillez contacter votre administrateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans quels cas faut-il effectuer un d\u00e9blocage ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9blocage peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 lorsque :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le seuil d\u2019Alerting Cutoff a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019abonn\u00e9 souhaite continuer \u00e0 utiliser la data en roaming ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019abonn\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 que des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre factur\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9blocage r\u00e9initialise-t-il les compteurs de consommation ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019action de d\u00e9blocage permet uniquement de lever la restriction de donn\u00e9es en itin\u00e9rance appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la ligne. Elle ne r\u00e9initialise pas le compteur de consommation roaming du mois en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le d\u00e9blocage effectu\u00e9, le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019Alerting Cutoff ne se d\u00e9clenchera plus pendant le reste du mois calendaire, quelle que soit la consommation data suppl\u00e9mentaire de l\u2019abonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le compteur de consommation est automatiquement remis \u00e0 z\u00e9ro au d\u00e9but du mois calendaire suivant. \u00c0 partir de ce moment, les seuils d\u2019Alerting Cutoff redeviennent applicables et les alertes ainsi que le blocage pourront \u00e0 nouveau \u00eatre d\u00e9clench\u00e9s si les seuils sont atteints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019Alerting Cutoff s\u2019applique-t-il \u00e0 tous les abonn\u00e9s ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Alerting Cutoff est appliqu\u00e9 par Orange sur l\u2019ensemble des lignes MVNO utilisant les services de donn\u00e9es en roaming.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019Alerting Cutoff ?
