{"id":5639,"date":"2022-11-25T16:06:35","date_gmt":"2022-11-25T16:06:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/non-classifiee\/mvno-managing-bundles-from-the-sim-management-platform\/"},"modified":"2022-11-25T16:06:35","modified_gmt":"2022-11-25T16:06:35","slug":"mvno-managing-bundles-from-the-sim-management-platform","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/fr\/parameter-les-services\/forfaits-et-abonnements\/mvno-managing-bundles-from-the-sim-management-platform\/","title":{"rendered":"Managing RTCP(+) Bundles from the SIM Management platform"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"background-color:#D3D3D3;color:#ffffff\" class=\"wp-block-custom-highlight highlight-box\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This article refers to managing bundles on the RTCP and RTCP+ offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Mobile-Only offers, these bundle management features are not available.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Bundles from the SIM Management platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This article will explain how to check the capped bundles on your fleet&rsquo;s SIMs, and how to manage them.<br>Please refer to this article to <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/fr\/parameter-les-services\/iot-comprendre-les-forfaits-bloques\/\">learn about capped bundles<\/a>, and this article to learn how to <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/fr\/parameter-les-services\/iot-ajouter-un-forfait-bloque-sur-une-sim\/\">add a bundle to a SIM<\/a><br><br>There are two main ways of checking your capped bundles in Auriga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View the bundle in the Checkup Panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and manage the bundle in Plans &amp; Options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checkup Panel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latest bundle added to the SIM\u2019s inventory can be viewed in the check-up panel on the right of the screen:<br><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/bundle2.png\" alt=\"\"><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plans and options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For further details, go to the <strong>Plans and Options<\/strong> Tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/plans-and-options-tab.png\" alt=\"\"><br><br>For each bundle, you can find information about:<br>\u2013 the \u201ccurrent value\u201d or remaining allowance on your bundle<br>\u2013 the dates of subscription, activation, expiration, and renewal of your bundle<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing bundles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To display further details about your bundle, you can click on the arrow next to the bundle name:<br><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/bundle3.png\" alt=\"\"><br>You can manage your bundle in different ways:<br>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 delete the bundle \u2013 it will expire straight away<br>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 stop the renewal of a recurring bundle \u2013 it will expire at the current period expiration date<br>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 add a 1GB Add-on if you have used up all your bundle in the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.transatel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/bundle1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Switching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To upgrade or downgrade a recurring bundle, simply choose a new recurring bundle.
