[New] Managing Users
Starting in April 2026, we are migrating all SIM Management user to our new Role-Based User Management System.
This article is related to the new system. If your account’s users have not yet been migrated, please refer to the articlers concerning the old user management system
In the ‘manage users’ menu, you can find all the users linked to your account(s)
Managing your users
If a user has multiple roles, you will see a little down arrow
Click on the arrow to display the roles:
You can click on the role to get the details of the entities for which the user has this role
You can manage the users by using the icons on the left
Use the looking glass to see the details of the user, the pen to open the edit page, and the . vertical dots to display the other actions
This menu contains the actions to Clone, Deactivate or Delete the user
Using the panel
You can use the search panel to search users by:
- Status
- Account
- Group role
