    eSIM Troubleshooting & Best Practices

    Is the user experiencing an issue with an eSIM?

    Unlike physical SIM cards, cross-testing is not applicable to eSIMs.
    Troubleshooting must therefore focus on verifying the eSIM profile, both on the device and on the Auriga platform.

    Checks to perform

    • The eSIM profile has been successfully downloaded onto the device
    • The eSIM profile was installed without errors
    • The profile is activated and selected as the primary line on the device
    • The eSIM is active in Auriga (status “Active”, not suspended or terminated)

    These checks can be performed:

    • On the device: via SIM / network settings
    • On Auriga: by checking the line status
