eSIM Troubleshooting & Best Practices
Is the user experiencing an issue with an eSIM?
Unlike physical SIM cards, cross-testing is not applicable to eSIMs.
Troubleshooting must therefore focus on verifying the eSIM profile, both on the device and on the Auriga platform.
Checks to perform
- The eSIM profile has been successfully downloaded onto the device
- The eSIM profile was installed without errors
- The profile is activated and selected as the primary line on the device
- The eSIM is active in Auriga (status “Active”, not suspended or terminated)
These checks can be performed:
- On the device: via SIM / network settings
- On Auriga: by checking the line status
